Your MATRIX G3S21_02 LATERAL RAISE is inspected before it is packaged. It is shipped in multiple pieces to facilitate the compact packaging of the machine. Prior to assembly, confirm all the components by matching them with the exploded diagrams.

CHAPTER 3: TROUBLESHOOTING 3.1 TROUBLESHOOTING - BELT ISSUES BELT IS LOOSE POSSIBLE CAUSES 1. The belt fix bolts are loose. SOLUTION 1. Tighten the 4 bolts of the flat belt plate. Torque required 49 lbs/in (Figure A). 2. Loosen the 2 bolts on the top weight plate (Figure B). 3.
3.2 TROUBLESHOOTING – INCREMENTAL ADJUSTMENT ROD ISSUES THE INCREMENTAL ADJUSTMENT ROD IS DEFLECTION POSSIBLE CAUSES 1. The incremental adjustment rod fix bolts are loose. 2. The incremental adjustment rod is bent at an incorrect angle. SOLUTION 1. Tighten the 2 bolts of the incremental adjustment rod. Torque required 84 lbs/in (Figure A). 2.
CHAPTER 4: PART REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS 4.1 HAND GRIP FOAM REPLACEMENT 1) To loose the screws of end cap of handlebar (Figure A). 2) To take off the end cap and cut off the original foam (Figure B). 3) Using tape to seal up the handlebar tube to avoid the oil or suds into the tube (Figure C). 4) To bent and hold the end of foam then put oil or suds into the inside of foam (Figure D).
4.2 SEAT PAD REPLACEMENT 1) Using 8MM L-Shaped Allen Wrench to take off 3 bolts of the old seat pad (Figure A) 2) Replace new pad and fix the 3 bolts (Figure B). 4.4 HEAD PAD REPLACEMENT Using 8MM L-Shaped Allen Wrench to take off 4 bolts of the old head pad (Figure A) 2) Replace new pad and fix the 4 bolts (Figure B). 4.6 SEAT PAD ADJUSTMENT PIN REPLACEMENT 1) Please disconnect the stopper screw , then take out the seat sleeve (Figures A & B ). 2) Loose the screw with Phillips Screwdriver and take out the cap. (Figure C & D) 3) Remove the C ring with C ring plier (Figure E) 4) Loose two screws and in the same time prevent the small metal plate from drop with you finger.
