TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
No cutting output
when torch is
activated; Power
indicator ON, gas
flows, fan turns.
Torch cuts but not
adequately.
Output is restricted,
and can not be
controlled.
Cutting output is
unstable or
inadequate.
Hard to startup.
Possible Cause
Torch is not connected properly
to power supply.
Working cable not connected to
work piece, or connection is
poor.
Faulty components in unit.
Faulty torch.
Incorrect setting of output
current control.
Working cable connection to

Input or output connection is

Working cable connection to

Remedy
Check torch connection to power
supply.
Make sure that work cable has a proper
connection to a clean, dry area of the
work piece.
Return for repair or have qualified
technician repair machine.

Check and adjust to proper setting.

spatter on shield cup, replace it.
