User Interface

The user interface has been designed to be clear and straightforward with the main
functions divided into five menus covering the input channels, output channels, patch
loading, patch saving and system setup. Each menu is stepped through linearly with
three rotary controllers being used to edit the displayed parameters directly. For the
purposes of identification, these will be referred to (left to right) as X, Y and Z. A green
LED ring is associated with each of these encoders to indicate that the control is
currently active as some menu pages do not require all three controls. The signal routing
is handled within the output channel menus where combinations of the four input
channels may be selected as the signal source.
Input channel menus are selected by pressing the corresponding channel Select buttons
while Output channel menus are selected by pressing the corresponding channel's menu
access button, each of which is fitted with an integral amber status LED.
