The manufacturer/Maserati and its
Service Network centres set the highest
priority to the client's satisfaction with
the products and services.
Warranty service must be performed by
a Service Network centre.
Should there be any issues, please
keep in mind that most matters can be
resolved with the following process.
• If for some reason you are still not
satisfied, please contact the general
manager or owner of the Service
Centre, it is their responsibility to assist
you.
• If a Service Centre is unable to resolve
the issue, you may contact by phone
or mail the Maserati Customer Care
service by accessing the website
www.maserati.com and choose
"Maserati Customer Care" in the
"Service & Assistance" menu.
Any communication should include the
following information:
• Owner's name and address.
• Owner's telephone number (home and
office).
• Maserati Service Centre name.
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
• Vehicle delivery date and mileage.
