Solution
Power off the motor and prevent it from
being connected again.
● Check whether the motor is powered off.
● Remove the protective grille.
● Clear foreign matters or contaminants.
● Reinstall the protective grille.
Install the bearing with low-temperature
lubricating grease.
Check the airflow direction (rotation caused
by airflow reversal).
Clear foreign matters or dirt in the fan if
necessary.
Check whether the air circulation is normal.
Clear foreign matters if necessary.
The fan blade is blocked or polluted.
Check the air inlet temperature.
Check the installation space (wind speed on
the heat sink).
Check the fan speed.
Check whether the airflow is smooth (air
intake/exhaust damper and air filter).
The fan blade is blocked or polluted.
Check the selected fan.
Check whether the fan blades are
damaged, polluted, or frozen.
Replace the bearing.
