Assembly 1. Fix the 2 shorter railing grilles at the front and rear of the working surface. Use the enclosed M5 nuts and washers. 2. Hook the 2 longer railing grilles onto the pins of the grille at the front and rear. Fig.

6. Place the Gastronorm trolley on its side. 7. Mount 4 swivel caster dampers onto square tubing of lateral sections. 8. Finally, screw swivel casters into square tubing of lateral sections. 9. Set the Gastronorm trolley on swivel casters. 10. Insert folded shelves with railing (point 1, 2) on the Gastronorm trolley frame.

Gastronorm Trolley Loading Prevents falling down The Gastronorm trolley can be loaded from both sides. 1. Place the required number of suitable trays, GN containers, etc. in guides. 2. Place jugs, cups, glasses, etc. on the top shelf. The shelf railings prevent dishware from falling down.
