INTENDED USE
The Sessantaquattro+ is a medical device intended for the study of the biomechanics of movement and
the acquisition of bioelectrical signals from the neuromuscular system.
The clinical applications of the system are in the context of:

neurological rehabilitation
•
prosthetic
Neurological rehabilitation
The device allows you to obtain the so-called Bio-feedback, or visual or auditory feedback,

which helps the physiotherapist in teaching the patient to contract or relax the target muscles.
Condition that is necessary following lesions of the central nervous system or to counteract the
difficulty in recruiting certain muscle groups due to prolonged immobility.
Prosthetics
The device allows you to identify the areas in which the electromyographic signal is most
o
intense, in order to determine the positioning of the electrodes of the active prostheses.
