Ovens need to be maintained and serviced at appropriate intervals to help prevent water leaks from the internal plumbing and external hose connections. See the General Maintenance section.

    Allow a 50 mm gap at the sides and rear of this oven.  Chimneys and evacuation ducts fitted above mono ovens should be insulated. Before use In the interests of hygiene, we strongly recommend that, before using the oven for the first time, you wipe the inside of the oven and all accessories thoroughly with a clean cloth soaked in warm soapy water.
