Water lying on top edge of lower door
panel and/or bottom of cabinet.
Water lying in bottom of machine
Possible Cause
Overflowing Drip Tray
waste container.
Level Sensors not
working.
Suggested Action
Check and trace voltage path.
Check windings resistance.
Check the Power cord is
connected
and live, and the machine is
switched on.
Check and replace relays.
Check and refit relays.
Please contact technical
support.
Check water level and replace
level
sensor in fill valve as needed.
Check and replace, as
necessary.
Switch on hot water mode.
Wait for heating LED to stop
showing.
Advise user/s.
Replace thermostat.
Reset switch on overheat
temperature sensor.
Replace Hot Water Tank.
Suggested Action
Empty Waste Container and
check
drainpipe is not blocked.
Check operation and
replace if needed.
