    Foreword This manual is intended to familiarize the user with the SPUDNIK 925 ELIMINATOR and its designated use. This manual contains important information on how to operate the machine safely, properly, and efficiently. Observing the instructions in this manual help to avoid dangers, reduce repair costs and down-times, and to increase the reliability and service life of the machine.

    8.3.1. Follow the tightening torques given in the table below when tightening, replacing, or repairing any Hydraulic Fit- tings. There are two methods to achieve proper ‘clamp load’ on the flare connections used on Spudnik machinery. 1. Torque: Torque hydraulic fitting using a torque wrench.

    Repair or replace as necessary. While components vary, general procedure applies to all Spudnik belted chains.  Inspect the Web Joiners for wear. Due to the metal on metal connection in the Web Join- ers, they tend to wear more quickly than the IMPORTANT rest of the belted chain.
