5. MAINTENANCE

To avoid risk of property damage, severe personal injury or death, verify that all
power is turned off before starting this procedure.
•
Inspect the pump debris basket for debris by looking through the clear pump lid.
Keep the basket clean to improve the performance of the pump. See Figure 7.
•
A misaligned basket will cause the lid to be improperly seated, allowing an air
leak, which could result in pump damage. Clean the pump basket.
