Manual mode

1.
Press the START button. The equipment starts at a speed
of 0.8 km/h and all the data is counted up from 0. Set the
required speed with SPEED+ or SPEED-.
2.
In standby mode, press the MODE button to go to H-1,
countdown for time. 10:00 flashes on the TIME display.
Set the required value from 5:00 to 99:59 with SPEED+ or
SPEED-.

In countdown mode, press the MODE button to go to H-2,
countdown for distance. 1.00 flashes on the DIS (distance)
display. Set the required value from 0.5 to 99.9 with SPEED+
or SPEED-.
4.
In countdown mode for distance, press the MODE button
to go to H-3, countdown for calories. 50 flashes on the CAL
(calories) display. Set the required value from 10 to 999 with
SPEED+ or SPEED-.
5.
Select one of the three countdown modes and press the
START button. The equipment starts after 3 seconds. Set
the required speed with SPEED+ or SPEED-. Press the STOP
button to switch off the equipment.
Built-in programmes
The equipment has 9 built-in programmes. Press the PROGRAM
button to select a programme P1–P9. Use SPEED+ or SPEED-
to change the set time. Press the START button to start the
programme. Each programme consists of 10 steps and the
time for each step is the preset time/10. An audio prompt is
heard when the equipment goes to the next step. The speed is
changed to the setting for the actual step. You can change the
speed during a step by pressing the buttons SPEED + and SPEED
-. The set speed value is used during the next step. 6 audio
prompts are given when the exercise programme is finished and
the equipment stops. After 5 seconds the equipment goes into
standby mode.
