MAINTENANCE

CLEANING
WARNING!
Switch off the equipment before cleaning.
Keep the belt, treadmill and foot plates free from dust –
accumulated dust increases belt friction, which can damage the
equipment. The equipment should be cleaned every month.
LUBRICATION
The machine must be lubricated at intervals of 300 km. An
audible signal is emitted every 10 seconds and OIL is shown on
the display when it is time to lubricate.
1.
Apply lubricant (silicone spray is recommended) under the
belt in the middle of the deck on each side.
2.
Once lubricating is complete, press and hold the STOP
button for 3 seconds to remove the reminder.

THE BELT IS NOT CENTRED
The belt may move sideways after a period of use. By allowing
the treadmill to start and run by itself the belt can centre
automatically. If it does not centre automatically you can adjust
its position by turning the screws. If the belt runs to the right –
tighten the screws on the right-hand side or loosen the screws on
the left-hand side. If the belt runs to the left – tighten the screws
on the left-hand side or loosen the screws on the right-hand side.
THE BELT SLIPS

Adjust the screws as illustrated. Make sure the belt has the same
adjustment on both sides. Adjust a half turn at a time until the
belt does not slip or deviate. Do not overtighten the belt as this
could damage the belt.
