Note：
Mode 0:
When pressing the Line Notification Key assigned to other line that is idle, the line is seized.
Mode 1:
When pressing the Line Notification Key assigned to other line that is idle, the extension call is made with phone
number that is assigned to other line.
In this mode ,the handset icon is displayed.
The condition is below:
The line is assigned to Line Notification Key is not default line of the own terminal.
