4.2.1 Heat Recovery in Air Cooled Screw-Type Compressors

In the Air Cooled screw-type compressors, the cooling air entering into the compressor is used for
cooling the compressor oil and the compressed air.

During this process, the cooling air entering into the compressor with the ambient temperature rises
up to 104°F-122°F (+40 - 50 C

) before leaving the compressor.
