3. Lower the cutting deck to mow position.
4. Put a bathroom scale below the front edge of the
cutting deck.
5. Put a wooden block between the frame and the
bathroom scale. The wooden block makes sure that
no weight is applied on the support wheels.
6. To adjust the ground pressure, turn the adjustment
screws found behind the front wheels on the right
and left sides.
7. Turn the screws right or left until the ground pressure
is correct. Make sure that the springs have equal
tension on the right and left sides.

To do a check of the parallelism of the
cutting deck
1. Do a check of the air pressure in the tires. Refer to
Tire pressure on page 32 .
2. Park the product on a level surface.
3. Lower the cutting deck to mow position.
4. Set the cutting height lever to position 1 (S).
