QUICK GUIDE
TO SMS MESSAGE
READER
(only with compatible mobile
phones)
If your Bluetooth
®
phone supports this
function, when you receive a new text mes-
sage, Blue&Me™ will notify you audibly
and ask if you want to read it.
❍ say "Yes" or press the
ß
/MENU or
SRC/OK, button and the system will
read the last message received
&
❍ Say "No" or press the
/ESC button,
and the system will store the message
for you to read later.

QUICK GUIDE TO THE MEDIA PLAYER

To start playing the digital audio stored on
your USB device, proceed as follows:
❍ Copy music tracks to your USB device
(Blue&Me™ recognises the following
formats: . wma , . mp3 , . wav, .aac, for
audio files . wpl for playlists).
❍ For USB devices without a USB cable,
simply connect the device to the USB
port in the car (either directly or with an
extension) (see fig. 1).
❍ For USB devices with a cable, connect
one end to your USB device and the oth-
er to the USB port in the car (see fig.
1).
❍ Turn the car's ignition key to the MAR
position. Blue&Me™ will automati-
cally start playing your digital tracks, se-
lecting them from a library that is cre-
ated when the USB device is connected.
❍ After Blue&Me™ has created the li-
brary of your digital audio files, you can
choose and to listen to tracks, albums
and playlists by manually or vocally in-
teracting with Blue&Me™. If your
USB device contains a lot of files, cre-
ating the library may take a few min-
utes.
❍ iPod player – see chapter COMPATIBLE
USB STORAGE DEVICES - MANAGING
AUDIO FILES ON iPod DEVICES.
❍ You can also decide whether audio file
playback should start automatically
when the USB device is inserted or
whether it should only start when you
give the command.
