REPLACING THE MOTOR

MOTOR WITH ONE FAN IMPELLER (GK... 6, GK... 11):
Proceed as follows:
Undo the stop screw of the fan impeller connected
to the motor shaft (using an Allen key with a suffi-
ciently long shank)...
Remove the screws with which the motor is fixed to
the housing...
Remove the motor.
MOTOR WITH TWO FAN IMPELLERS (GK... 21):
Proceed as follows:
Undo the stop screw of the fan impellers connect-
ed to the motor shaft (using an Allen key with a suf-
ficiently long shank)...
Unscrew the housing from the fan unit bracket...
Pull the fan impellers and the housing off the motor
shaft...
Remove the motor from the fan unit's support
brackets.

CLEANING THE CONDENSATE TRAYS

CAUTION.
The condensate trays should be checked for
dirt at least once a year (bacteria, germs and
mould growth) and if necessary cleaned.

Dismantling

DANGER!
Risk of fatal electric shock!
Electrical connections may be installed only
by qualified electricians.
Before opening the unit, disconnect the sys-
tem from the power supply and secure it
from being switched back on!
WARNING!
Only qualified electrical technicians may dis-
connect the unit from the mains system and
de-install all electrical connections.
WARNING!
Only qualified heating or cooling system per-
sonnel may dismantle the unit from the sys-
tem.
IMPORTANT
Ensure the unit components are reused/recy-
cled or properly disposed of in accordance with
the relevant regulations, standards and direc-
tives.
