Appendix D Conversion of irradiation
The irradiation time and the irradiation dose can be converted by the
following equation:
1. If the unit of the irradiation dose is J/cm
Irradiation time[s] = dosage[J/cm
2. If the unit of the irradiation dose is J/cm
Irradiation time [s] = dosage[mJ/cm
For example: suppose that the irradiation intensity of the equipment is
45mW/cm (please refer to the Appendix A for actual values)
