Reading the built in Modbus Registers on JW 4110L Wirelessly

Introduction

The JetWave4110L is outdoor industrial grade LoRa Gateway for the Serial to LoRa environment
monitoring market. The Gateway series equips with one embedded LoRa module, one M12
connecter, 1 serial port and 1 AI/DI and 1DO.
In the Quickstart Guide 1, we have already manage to setup the communication between 2 JetWave
4110L, in this example we will explore more on the Modbus Slave function built into the JetWave

Depend on the Modbus master you are using it may start with 0 or 1, so the address might be 0x3000 or 0x3001 depending on the settings of the Modbus Master.
