Initiate PA , modify it in file hal_board_cfg.h.
The setting of CC2592 in zstack，CC2530 pin: P1.1、P1.0、P0.7 are connected with
CC2592 pin :PA_EN、LNA_EN、HGM. Meanwhile, LNA_EN is in high level,and it is in
receiving mode.
Find macRadioTurnOnPower() from mac_radio_defs.c，and modify.
