Cleaning the water tank
Remove and empty the water tank as
per the instructions above.
Clean the water tank with warm tap
water and mild detergent (e.g. washing
up liquid). Note: Do not use boiling
water to clean the water tank.
Ensure to remove any scale or deposits
that have formed inside the water tank.
Wipe all surfaces dry before placing the
water tank back into the appliance.
Heat Exhaust Pipe Cleaning
1.
Remove the heat exhaust pipe from the
rear of the appliance and the respective
window sealing assembly.
2.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean away any
dust, or debris.
3.
Return the heat exhaust pipe.
Air Filter Cleaning
When dust collects on the air filter, it
can restrict the airflow and reduce your
appliance's efficiency. If the air filter becomes
blocked, this can damage the appliance.
The air filter should be cleaned every two
weeks.
To clean the air filter, follow the below steps:
1.
Ensure your appliance is turned off and
unplugged.
2.
Remove the filter mesh from the back of
the unit.
3.
Use a vacuum cleaner to suck dust from
the filter.
4.
Hold the filter upside down and rinse
it under running water, in the opposite
direction to air flow.
5.
Allow the filter to dry completely before
reattaching it to the appliance.
