DRIVING WHEEL ASSEMBLY • Remove all parts from the rear axle. • Slide the gear box over one end of the rear axle (the side marked with “R” under the body), and into the bigger hole in the ride-on toy body. NOTE: Push the rear axle out to allow the gear box motor to be inserted into the bigger hole.

STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY Steering M5x35 Machine Wheel Screw • Turn the ride-on toy body upright. • Remove the M5x35 machine screw and M5 locknut from the steering wheel with a screwdriver. • Insert the steering wheel onto the end of the steering column, lining up the hole in the steering wheel and the hole in steering column.

Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Overcharging or undercharging the battery may shorten battery life and decrease ride-on toy running time.

  • Page 18 HOW TO REPLACE THE DRIVING WHEEL AND GEAR BOX 1. Remove the axle cap with a flat head screwdriver. 2. Remove the M10 locknut with a 17 mm socket wrench. 3. Remove the Ø10 washer. 4. Remove the driving wheel, and replace with new wheel. IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE THE GEAR BOX, PLEASE PROCEED TO STEP 10.
