5.10. Changing the LAN IP Address

Perform the following steps to change the LAN IP address:
1. Go to the LAN widget on the main window.
2. Click the arrow at the bottom right corner of the LAN widget to open the configuration settings.
3. Go to LAN IP Setup and in the IP Address field enter the IP address you want to assign to your Zyxel
device in dotted decimal notation, for example 192.168.1.1 (factory default).
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
Description
Enter a descriptive name for your wireless network, which can be up to 32
characters.
Enter a password of 8-64 case-sensitive characters.
If it is selected, the Zyxel device automatically generates a password.
The WiFi Password field is not configurable if you select this option.
If it is selected, the WiFi name is hidden in the outgoing beacon frame so
a station cannot obtain the WiFi name through scanning using a survey
tool.
