1.セッ ト箱からベースと支柱を取り出し、 2カ所の支柱固定用セッ トスク リ ュ
で支柱をセッ トしてください。 （右図1）
Take the base and the supporting rod out of the box.
Attach the supporting rod to the base with 2 pieces of set screws.(Fig.1)
2.支柱にダイヤルゲージを入れ仮締めし、 中心位置になっているかを確認
したうえで本締めをしてください。 （右図2）
Insert the dial gauge through the supporting rod, and tighten the dial gauge
temporarily. (Fig.2)
After making sure that the probe of the gauge is in line with the centerline of
the base, tighten the dial gauge securely.
3.マスタゲージでダイヤルゲージをφ50に合わせてください。 （長針0、
短針50） このとき短針が正確にφ50を示すようにダイヤルゲージ本
体を動かしてセッ トしてください。 （右図1）
ダイヤルゲージの角度は一番見やすい角度に合わせてください。 （右図3）
Adjust the dial gauge to φ50 with the master gauge.(short pointer : 50, and
long pointer 0) Slide the body of the dial gauge so that the short pointer
precisely indicates φ50. (Fig.1)
Tilt the dial gauge to the best visible angle.(Fig.3)
ご注意 CAUTION
ダイヤルゲージを支柱にセッ トする際は、 ロ ッ クを強く 締めすぎる とダイヤルの動きが悪く なるこ と があ り ます。
If the dial gauge is attached to the supporting rod too tightly, the movement of the dial may become bad.
