Turn on your Macintosh.

After the Macintosh starts up, insert the
PictureMate Pal CD in your CD-ROM or DVD drive.

Double-click the PictureMate CD icon to open it,
then double-click the PictureMate icon. You see a
screen reminding you to connect PictureMate Pal.

Click Next.

Read the license agreement and click Agree.

Click Install Printer Driver, then follow the on-
screen instructions to install the driver.

When you return to the Install Menu, click Install
Optional Software.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the
optional software.

When you return to the Optional Software menu,
click Back.

At the Install Menu, click Install Printer Manual to
install your on-screen User's Guide.

When you're finished, click Exit. You see the
registration screen.

Follow the on-screen instructions to register
PictureMate Pal.

Remove the CD and restart your Macintosh.

To select PictureMate Pal as your printer, open the
Applications > Utilities folder and double-click
Printer Setup Utility (Print Center in OS X 10.2).
