With regards to the handlebars, it must be checked that they are perpendicular to the bicycle when looking from
above, as shown in the image below.

The wheels are fastened with quick-release mechanisms. In other cases, such as axles with a Split Pivot suspension
system, these are fastened with a thru-axle, nuts and bolts. The image below shows the lever with a quick-release
mechanism first and then the nut.
Always check that the wheels are secured onto the fork and frame before each outing. Lift the bicycle and turn the
wheel, which must rotate freely and smoothly when you stop turning it by hand. In addition, check and make sure that
there are no gaps on the wheel. In other words, make sure that the wheel does not rock from left to right, as shown
in the last image on the page. If there are gaps, take the bicycle to your nearest official BH dealer before riding it.
