Call Forward All Calls
To forward all incoming calls to another NYU telephone
number or voice mail:
1. Press Forward all soft key.
2. Dial 1+Area Code +Telephone Number (example:
12129981212) - or
Press Messages to forward calls to Voice

Mail.
Adjust the Volume in a Call
Press Volume left or right to adjust the
handset, headset, or speakerphone volume when the
phone is in use.
Adjust the Ringtone Volume
Press Volume left or right to adjust the
ringer volume when the phone is not in use.
Change Ringtone
1. Press Applications .
2. Select Settings > Ringtone.
3. Select the line (extension number).
4. Scroll through the list of ringtones and press Play to
hear a sample.
5. Press Set to save a selection.
6. Press or the Exit softkey to exit.
Adjust the Screen Brightness
1. Press Applications .
2. Select Settings > Brightness
3. Use the Navigation button to adjust.
4. Press Save.
Change Wallpaper
1. Press Applications .
2. Select Settings > Wallpaper
3. Use Navigation button to see all options and make
a selection.
4. Press Set to save a selection.
5. Press or the Exit softkey to exit.
