4. OPERATION

Follow the instructions of the instruction manual of the corresponding head to use the tool safely.
4.1 CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK
IMPORTANT: The battery pack is not fully charged at the factory. Before attempting to charge them,
thoroughly read all of the safety instructions.
1) Assure that the charger you are using matches your battery pack.
2) Insert the charger into 100-240V~, 50/60Hz outlet. The LED indicator (11) will turn red to show the power
is connected.
3) Insert the charger (4) into the slot of charger (10). Make sure the contact with the charger is correct.
4) When charging, the LED indicator (11) will turn green and flash.
5) When the battery pack is fully charged, the LED indicator (11) will turn solid green.
6) Frequently monitor the charger and battery pack while connected.
7) Unplug the charger and disconnect it from the battery pack when finished.
8) Allow the battery pack to cool completely before using it.
9) Store the charger and battery pack indoors, out of reach of children.
NOTE: If the battery does not fit properly, disconnect it and confirm that the battery pack is
the correct model for this charger as shown on the specification chart. Do not charge any
other battery pack or any battery pack that does not securely fit the charger.
NOTE: If battery is hot after continuous use in the tool, allow it to cool down to room
temperature before charging. This will extend the life of your batteries.
NOTE: Remove battery pack from charger stand by using your thumb or fingers to press the
battery's release button in and then pull the battery pack out at the same time battery's
release button in and pull the battery pack off at the same time.
Battery capacity indicator
There are battery capacity indicators on the battery pack; you can check the capacity status of the battery if
you press the button. Before using the machine, please press the switch trigger to check if the battery is
full enough to properly work .
WARNING! Before making any adjustments ensure the drill is switched off with the
direction of rotation selector in the center position
a) Remove the battery: press the battery release latch in and at the same time pull the battery pack off.
b) To insert the battery, push the battery pack onto the contacts of the tool.
4.2 REPLACING THE FUNCTION HEADS
WARNING! Secure the appliance keep switching off or remove the battery from the base.
There is an injury hazard if the device is switched on accidentally.
1) Removing function head:
a) Push the unlocking lever (2) into position until it stops and then hold it in this position.
b) Pull the unlocked appliance attachment off.
c) Allow the unlocking lever (2) to slide back into position.
2) Fitting function head:
a) Push the appliance attachment along the guide rail into the motor unit (3). It locks into place
audibly.
b) Allow the unlocking lever (5) to slide back into position.
c) Check that the appliance attachment is secure by pulling on it.
3) Switching on / off:
a) Switching on: Press the trigger (7).
i.By using the trigger (7) you can progressively control the speed.
ii.Gentle pressure: low speed
iii.Increase pressure: higher speed.
b) Switching off: Release the trigger (7).
iv.If you place the direction switch (8) in the middle position, the device is secured against being
switched on.
