Execute the gripper fingers in such a way that the product reaches either the "open" or "closed" position in a de- energized state.

When handling heavy weights, use lifting equipment to lift the product and transport it by appropriate means.

    Basic safety notes Disconnect power sources before installation, modification, maintenance, or calibration. Ensure that no residual energy remains in the system. If the energy supply is connected, do not move any parts by hand. Do not reach into the open mechanism or movement area of the product during operation.

  • Page 25 Assembly Gripper open: Push proximity switch 1 (2) as far as possible into the bracket (11) until it touches the control cam (8). Pull back proximity switch 1 (2) 0.5 - 1 mm. Fasten the proximity switch by tightening the attachment screw (10).
