    5. ASSEMBLY Unpack and lift out the rotary tiller, and take out other accessories and tools in the box. Read the instructions carefully and operate every step strictly according to the instructions. INSTALL THE DRAG STRUT Remove the M6*35 bolts and nuts on the drag strut of the rotary tiller (Fig. 2) (Fig. 3), and insert the drag strut into the corresponding hole of the rotary tiller from bottom to top, lead the screw through the hole of rotary tiller and drag strut using M6*35 (Fig.
  • Page 9 INSTALL THE ARMREST FIXING SEAT Install the armrest fixing seat on the armrest bracket, and lock it with φ8*φ24*2 washers and hexagon head bolts M6*30 (Fig. 6).   • Page 11 Fig. 15 Fig. 16 Fig. 17 ADJUST THE TIGHTNESS OF CLUTCH CABLE Tighten the screw of the clutch cable by hand (Fig. 18), and screw M8 nut to the position of small iron block to check whether the clutch cable is properly tightened. The clutch cable should be tightened if the blade does not rotate or slips when the rotary tiller is loosening the soil.
  • Page 12 INSTALL THE ROTARY TILLER Operate this step if you have purchased our HG60T rotary tiller. First take off the mounted rotary blade at one end, release the quick release pin spring, pull out the quick release pin (Fig. 22), and install the rotary blade on the shaft lever of transmission box.

First, unscrew the two M8*25 bolts on the variable speed bracket of rotary tiller (Fig. 30), turn the handle upward to the corresponding hole position, and screw the two bolts in and lock with a wrench (Fig.

    6. OIL AND FUEL FILLING WARNING! Engine delivered without oil or fuel: Fill up with petrol and oil before starting the engine: 1) FUEL Recommended fuel: unleaded petrol with an octane rating of at least 87. Open the fuel tank cap. Pour the fuel carefully into the tank without overflowing. Never exceed the maximum level.

    7. OPERATION Before starting the petrol engine, keep the clutch handle of rotary tiller to the disengaged position. 1) Pull down the supporting wheel frame, detach the limit round rod of support wheel frame from the slot and rotate upward to the gear position of Cultivation (Fig. 34). 2) Set up the required depth of tilling.

    8. INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE Warning! Always clean the appliance after use. Failure to clean it properly may cause damage to the unit or cause malfunction. Warning! Injuries may occur during work on teeth. Wear protective gloves. Before carrying out any maintenance, switch off the appliance and allow it to cool down. GENERAL MAINTENANCE - Check that the tool is not damaged.

    11. WARRANTY WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.

    12. PRODUCT FAILURE WHAT TO DO IF MY MACHINE BREAKS DOWN? If you bought your product in a store: a) Empty the fuel tank if your product has one. b) Make sure that your machine is complete with all accessories supplied, and clean! If this is not the case, the repairer will refuse the machine.
