If water is not flowing in the Kärcher FC 2-4, clean the water tank as follows:
1. Empty and clean the dirty water tank (see section "Cleaning the dirty water tank").
2. Ensure the fresh water tank contains water.
3. Remove and clean the hair filter.
4. Remove and clean the roller.
5. Clean the hair filter with a cleaning brush to remove hair and dirt particles.
Make sure all parts are correctly placed back into the device after cleaning.
