Troubleshooting

LED indicator

Description of LED errors

- Green
- Orange
- Red
If errors occur during operation, the product will enter an error state. The LED in
the lens tweeter unit indicates the respective error state by changing colour (red/
orange/green), flashing or lit.
Constant lit:
Product is ON and no problems is observed.
Flashing:
Software update is on-going (or ready for software update).
Constant lit:
The product is operating but something is on the limit. The product will revert to
normal operation by itself without the need of user interaction.
This could be:
-
The product is close to overheating, and have shortly turned off one or more
amplifiers shortly.

Over current protection circuit switched off amplifier shortly.
Flashing:
The product is having a fail. Product will not revert to normal operation.
In most cases it is required to contact a retailer. In some cases can be resolved by
disconnecting/connecting the mains.
This could be:
-
NTC is defective or disconnected.
-
Over current protection is constantly active.
-
Over heating of amplifiers.
-
Serial/type numbers are missing.
-
Calibration is not done (to be done by service personnel).
-
Calibration failed.
Constant lit:
Product is turning off (or will turn off in a short time)
Note!
The blinking frequency is telling the severity of the problem. Blinking slowly is used
for smaller problems. Blinking fast is used for bigger issues.
