This manual has been provided to assist in the safe operation and servicing of your attachment.     SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Careful operation is your best insurance against an accident. Read this section carefully before operating the tractor and attachment. All operators, no matter how experienced they may be, should read this and other manuals related to the tractor and attachments before operating. It is the owner's legal obligation to instruct all operators in safe operation 4.

    ASSEMBLY STEP 1: FRONT SUBFRAME INSTALLATION MODELS WITH A 1 CYLINDER ENGINE For models with a 2 cylinder engine, go to Step 2. NOTE: You can install this subframe with or without the mower on tractor. The mower must be removed in order to mount the drive kit if mounting snowblower or broom.

    ASSEMBLY STEP 2: FRONT SUBFRAME INSTALLATION MODELS WITH A 2 CYLINDER ENGINE Remove the heat shield in front of the muffler (fig.4, item 1), cut the plastic tie wrap (item 2) holding the headlights wiring. Remove the heat shield on each side of the front tractor frame (fig.4, items 3 &...

    ASSEMBLY STEP 3: BACK SUBFRAME INSTALLATION: Slide the nylon bushing (fig.6, item 1) flange first, down the lift arm (item 2) to the sleeve (item 5). Slide the rear right support (item 3) down the lift arm and on the nylon bushing. Install the handgrip (item 4) as shown.
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY Install the rear left bracket (fig.9, item 3) and handle support assembly (item 2) on tractor. To facilitate this operation raise the arm lift upright and hold in this position, slide the arm lift in the welded sleeve (item 6) between the welded channels (fig.7, item 7).

    ASSEMBLY STEP 4: DRIVE MECHANISM INSTALLATION: NOTE: Remove the mower deck to install the drive mechanism. Pull back the pins (fig.15, item 4) until they are even with the inside of frame bracket on boot side. Install the clutch rod (fig.14, item 2) to tractor P.T.O. 2.187"...

  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY VERIFY BELT ROUTING: -Lower the snowblower to the ground and let it run for a few seconds under supervision. -Disengage the snowblower and stop the engine. -Remove the belt guard. -Check the belts to make sure they are well inserted on the pulleys and have not flipped on their sides in the pulleys and that they do not touch the belt guides.
