Disassembling Procedure (C80R is shown)
Remove the hook by pulling upwards in a slight angle. Locate the TOP HSG pin and push it out using a pin removal tool. Pull the pin out completely using
the tweezers. Gently lift off the TOP HSG. Start in the battery end to avoid damaging the tap in the TOP HSG

in the TOP HSG for C80R models
Only the TOP HSG ASM can be replaced.
Due to the mechanical construction of the
HI and a sealing inside the HI, the BOT
PIN
HSG must not be replaced. If it needs
to be repl, the compl HI should be re-
turned for repair/replacement. If the mic
filters need to be replaced, they can be
replaced without separating the TOP and
BOT HSG (see next page)
