Daily Timer
This function allows you to program the unit to automatically switch on from standby at a
certain time everyday.
1. In Standby mode, press and hold TIMER/SLEEP until "TIMER SET" scrolls across the
display. The unit will switch on to the last selected source.
2. Press VOL +/– or / repeatedly on the remote control to select a source.
3. Press TIMER/SLEEP, the hour indicator will flash. Press VOL +/– or / to set the hour.
4. Press TIMER/SLEEP, the minute indicator will flash. Press VOL +/– or / to set the
minutes.
5. Press TIMER/SLEEP, the volume indicator will flash. Press VOL +/– or / to adjust the
alarm volume.
6. Press TIMER/SLEEP to confirm.
To Deactivate or Re-activate a Daily Timer
In Standby mode, repeatedly press TIMER/SLEEP on the remote control to activate or
deactivate the timer.

automatically.

DAB Radio Operation
Press the SOURCE button on the unit or press FM/DAB on the remote control to select DAB
source. "DAB" will appear on the display.
1. The first time the unit is switched on to DAB mode the unit will automatically start
scanning. The display will show "SCANNING".
2. After the scan has finished, the first alphanumerically found station will be
automatically selected.
3. All the stations that have been found will be stored automatically. To explore the found
stations, press
Auto Scan
Auto scan will automatically search for all available DAB channels.
1. Press SCAN/A-B. The display will show "SCANNING" then indicate the progress of the scan.
2. Once the scan is complete the unit will display the total number of stations found. These
stations are stored automatically and the first alphanumerically found station will play.
