Description
After pasting the copied comment if the user tries to paste it
again it is not allowing
Items in the 'Questions Not Used' list are displayed even
without selecting the Question Scheme from the 'Question
Scheme' list
Some recordings are multiple calls.
Client - I18N / L10N not handling double-byte languages
