    Introduction The RUGGEDCOM M2200 is a rugged, fully managed, modular Ethernet switch specifically designed to operate reliably in electrically harsh and climatically demanding utility substation, railway and industrial environments. The RUGGEDCOM M2200’s superior rugged hardware design coupled with the embedded Rugged Operating System (ROS) provides improved system reliability and advanced cyber security and networking features, making it ideally suited for creating Ethernet networks for mission-critical, real-time, control applications.
