Loss of network connectivity on Media Card
(NTVQ09BA)
On Media Card Agent Greeting (NTVQ09BA), faceplate
LEDs labeled "E" show current network connectivity.
When connected, these LEDS signify the link speed and
activity. See below (link speed 10Mbps):
Should the network become disconnected, all 3 faceplate
LEDs under the label "E" will be dark. See example
below:
Duplicate IP Addresses
Should another device on the network be responding to
the same IP address as Agent Greeting card warning
messages indicating this will be displayed on the Agent
Greeting Maintenance terminal giving the Ethernet MAC
address of the duplicate node.
