    1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Safety If not properly used Tenderizer Mod ABI is a machine potentially DANGEROUS . Never introduce the hand inside the Protection Lid , No.05 ( Pic.04) through its upper opening , mainly when the machine is running , because serious damage may arise for the operator .

    1.2 Main Components The Meat Tenderizer Mod. ABI is a table top machine designed to tenderize beef. The meat shall not be frozen and shall be without bones . The machine different parts are mainly manufactured using high grade materials , as polished aluminum , stainless steel and long life non toxic plastic material .

    IMPORTANT Do never remove the slices by the blade front side. The Model ABI Tenderizer is a LOW ROTATION machine . Its operation is simple, however it does need the complete operator attention to avoid any accident . Place the meat to be processed inside the Protection Lid opening No. 01 (Pic. 07), and freely , let it get inside the machine .

    To remove the Rollers is a simple task , however it does require full attention from the operator to avoid possible accidents . With a the machine completely still : To remove the Rollers and the Combs -Lift the Protection Lid No 01.(Pic.07) . -To withdraw the Combs , just lift them , but watch their correct position ( Pic.
  • Page 10 3.3.1 Wit the machine switched OFF and unplugged withdraw the Protection Lid No.01 (Pic.07) and the Combs No. 01 ( Pic.08) . Turn the Handle No.02 (Pic.02) until the keys are in the vertical position . Using the Rollers Extractor No.01 (Pic. 02) lift the Rollers No.03 (Pic. 02) having particular care with the sharp rollers knives .

    4. GENERAL SAFETY PRACTICES IMPORTANT If any recommendation is not applicable to your equipment, please ignore it. The following safety instructions are addressed to both the operator of the machine as well as the person in charge of maintenance. The machine has to be delivered only in perfect conditions of use by the Distributor to the user.

    1. INTRODUCCTION 1.1 Seguridad Cuando usadas incorrectamente , las Ablandadoras de Carne Modelo ABI son maquinas potencialmente PELIGROSAS . La manutención , la limpieza o otra cualquier actividad de servicio , solamente deben ser hechas por personas debidamente entrenadas , y con la maquina desconectada de la red eléctrica .

    FIGURA 05 Altura recomendada 850 mm 2.2 Pre Operación Verifique si la Ablandadora está firme en su posición . Antes del uso debese lavar con agua y jabón neutro a las partes removibles , enjuague , y las seque antes de reponerlas en la maquina .

    Bajo ninguna circunstancia use instrumentos para empujar la carne para adentro de la Tapa de Protección No.01 (Fig.07) . La Ablandadora de Carne ABI es una maquina que trabaja a BAJA ROTACIÓN . Su uso es simples pero es necesaria la total atención del operador para evitar accidentes de cualquier tipo.

    Esta es una operación simples , pero requiere un cuidado especial por parte del operador para que no ocurra ningún accidente . Retirada de lo Rodetes y Peines Con la maquina parada retire la Tapa de Protección No.01(Fig.07) . Para retirar los Peines , simplesmente levantelos , observando su posición correcta (Fig. 03) .
  • Page 28 Abajo están las instrucciones para el procedimiento para remover las partes movibles : 3.3.1 Con la maquina desligada de la red eléctrica , retire la Tapa de Protección No.01(Fig07) y los Peines No. 01(Fig.08) .Gire el Manipulo No.02(Fig.02) hasta que las Clavillas esten en la posición vertical.

NOCIONES GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTE Si cualquiera de las recomendaciones no fuera aplicable, ignórela Las Nociones Generales de Seguridad fueran preparadas para orientar y instruir adecuadamente a los operadores de las maquinas, así como aquellos que serán responsables por su manutención. La maquina solamente debe ser entregue al operador en buenas condiciones de uso, al que el operador debe ser orientado cuanto al uso y a la seguridad de la maquina por el Revendedor.

    5 ANÁLISIS Y SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS 5.1 Problemas, Causas y Soluciones La Sierra fue diseñada para que necesite un mínimo de manutención. Sin embargo, pueden ocurrir algunas irregularidades en su funcionamiento, debido al desgaste natural causado por su uso. Caso haya algún problema con su maquina, verifique la Tabla – 02 abajo, donde están indicadas algunas soluciones recomendadas.
