Turn On&Connect the Transmitter and Headphones

  1. Powering up the transmitter – Connect the transmitter to your TV's USB port or any other power source that supports 5V/500mA-2A via the provided USB cable. Then slide the Mode switch into the "TX" position to turn it on.
  2. Turn on the headphone – From off status, hold for 3 seconds until the BLUE LED is on.
  3. Wait for a few seconds until they automatically reconnect. Once connected, you will hear "Connected" voice prompt from both the headphone and the transmitter. The A LED on transmitter will be lit.

Connect the Transmitter to your TV or other audio source

If your TV has Optical Out

  1. Please use the Optical cable to connect the transmitter and TV.
  2. Ensure the "OPT" LED on transmitter is lit. If not, please press once. Ensure your TV's Sound Out/Speaker setting is set to "External Speaker" or "Optical audio out"
  3. Set your TV's Audio Format/Digital Sound Out setting to "PCM" or set the Dolby/DTS Digital setting to "OFF".
  1. The OPT LED on the transmitter will change to SOLID WHITE when playing TV audio.
    Now you can stream audio from your TV.

NOTE: If you don't know how to change the settings on your TV, or if you cannot hear anything through your earbuds after changing the settings, please contact your TV manufacturer for support.

If your TV has Headphone Out

  1. Please use the AUX cable to connect the transmitter and TV.
  2. Ensure the "AUX" LED on the transmitter is on. If not, please press once.
  3. The "AUX" LED will change to SOLID WHITE when playing TV audio. Now you can stream audio from your TV.

NOTE: If there is no sound playing from your earbuds or if the LED is still flashing, please set the Sound Out/Speaker setting on your TV to "Wired headphones" or "Headset".

If your TV has Red/White Audio Out (RCA- only for TV)

  1. Please use AUX cable&3.5mm to RCA Audio Cable to connect the transmitter and TV.
  2. Ensure the "AUX" LED ontransmitter is on. If not, please press once.
  3. The "AUX" LED will change to SOLID WHITE when playing TV audio. Now you can stream audio from your TV.

NOTE: If there is no sound playing from your earbuds or if the LED is still flashing, please set the Sound Out/Speaker setting on your TV to "External Speaker".

If your Receiver has 6.35mm Phone Jack at front

Slide ATT. Switch to "AVR(-8Db)" when you use the AV Receiver function.
Make sure that the "AUX" LED is on; if not, short press once to select AUX audio. The AUX LED should stay SOLID WHITE when streaming audio.

NOTE:
Please do NOT use the RCA ports on the back of your AV receiver. They will not work and may permanently damage the transmitter.

  • ONLY use the BIG 6.35MM PHONE OUT located in the FRONT of your AV Receiver with the 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter (not included).
  • Do NOT set the volume on the AV Receiver too high.
  • You may test the port with wired headphonesbefore using.

Streaming audio through the Bluetooth headphones and sound system simlutaneously

If your TV is connected to a sound system (e.g. external soundbar, AV receiver, external speaker), our unique "Bypass" featureallows you to connect the Oasis Plus TX to both the TV and its sound system at the same time. Even if the transmitter turns off, the Bypass feature will still work.

Streaming audio through the Bluetooth Diagram

Please make sure that you use the same type of input / output, e.g.

  • If you are using an OPTICAL cable with your TV, please use an OPTICAL cable to connect the Oasis Plus TX to your sound system.
  • If you are using an AUX/RCA cable with your TV, please use an AUX/RCA cable to connect the Oasis Plus TX to your sound system.

Add a 2nd pair of Bluetooth headphones

  1. Turn on HT5006 transmitter and headphone set; LED A will light up.
  2. Enter the transmitter into PAIRING MODE manually – Hold for 2 seconds until the "TX" LED starts flashing GREEN and WHITE alternately.
  3. Enter your 2nd set of headphones into Bluetooth PAIRING MODE (Please refer to your 2nd headphone's user manual). Typically, the LED will either flash quickly or two colors of LED will flash alternately.
  4. Keep the devices close to each other and wait. Once connected, you will hear the voice prompts say "Connected. Ready for use" and the A and B LEDs on transmitter will be lit.

The next time you use the set, please turn the NB16 headphone on first. Once connected, turn on the second headphone. If the Oasis Plus TX fails to reconnect to the second headphone, you can try to turn on the second headphone before turning on the NB16. Once they are connected, turn the NB16 on and press on the NB16 once to reconnect.

Charging the headphone

Please charge the headphone if you hear the "low battery" voice prompt. The RED LED will flash once every 10 seconds. You can charge using a phone charger (5V/500mA-2A output), PC USB port, TV USB port or any other USB outlet using the included USB cable.
It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the headphones. The LED will turn RED while charging and turn off once charging is complete. You can use it for almost 20 hours at 60% of the full volume.

Troubleshooting

No Sound

Audio input not valid

  1. Short press once to select the correct mode on the Oasis Plus TX – OPT for optical and AUX for AUX/RCA
  2. Make sure that the TV setting is correct; refer to the section above titled "Connect the Transmitter to your TV or other audio source".

HT5006 transmitter and headphones fail to reconnect
Reboot both the headphones and the transmitter and give them 5-10 seconds to reconnect. If they don't connect, please follow directions below.

Step 1: Clear the pairing history of the headphones: After turning on, Press and hold both "+" and "-" for 10 seconds until the RED and BLUE LEDs are on SIMULTANEOUSLY for 2 seconds (may look LIGHT PINK), then release your hands. Now the pairing history of the headphones has been cleared. It will enter pairing mode automatically with the LED flashing RED and BLUE alternately.
Step 2: Set the transmitter into PAIRING MODE - Turn the transmitter on then press and hold for 2 seconds until the "TX" LED will start flashing GREEN and WHITE alternately.
Step 3: Keep the headphones and transmitter close and wait for 5-10 seconds. They should auto-reconnect. Once reconnected, the "A" LED on the transmitter will light up and the LED on the headphones will turn SOLID BLUE.
Step 4: Once the 2 devices are connected, press + on transmitter for 10 seconds, until the "TX" LED turns GREEN for 5 seconds. Now, they are locked.
