ADDENDUM TO OPERATION MANUAL FOR FC BREWERS
The following information is an update to the information in the operation manual. It includes changes and enhance-
ments to the features/functions outlined in the operation manual.
The following Procedure for Filling water tank with water to the proper operating level.
The brewer needs to be disconnected from power source.
The power/lower warmer switch on front of brewer needs to be on.
The tank heater switch (on back of brewer) needs to be off.
While depressing the start button, plug machine into power source.
This will fill water tank to the required operating height.
Note: If brewer is powered before depressing the start switch, the water tank will not fill to proper Operating
level.
If the probe does not see water within 1 minute, the brewer will stop taking on water.
If the brewer is equipped with Auto Arm light, this light will flash as an indication of error.
If the brewer has no Auto Arm light, nothing will flash.
Start back at the instructions to fill tank

Other Features

Auto Cal

- Turn timer to max setting. Push start switch to start brew cycle when water is near
desired level slowly turn timer back to left until brewing stops.
Brew switch - is also a stop switch
