Function

The EG072 is a timetable switch that enables you to automatically pilot an apparatus or electric circuit from your board.

It is equipped with ten pre-recorded programmes (P0 to P9), on some of which (P2 to P9) time schedules may be modified according to your needs, by choosing start and stop times.

  1. Present time.
  2. State of circuit (ON or OFF).
  3. Current programme.
  4. Days to which programme applies
    1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday, etc. up to 7 = Sunday).

The buttons

  1. Choice of programme.
  2. Scrolling of programming times.
  3. Reset: to set the time switch to zero.
  4. Less and more: setting the time and modification of programming times.

With - or + scroll through the 24 hours of the successive days until you reach the desired day and time.

To select a programme

  1. Press P several times until the desired programme (P0 to P9) is displayed – e.g.: P2
  2. Press to see the programme displayed.

  3. Validate by pressing P

To modify a programme

  1. Press P several times until the desired programme (P0 to P9) is displayed – e.g. P3
  2. Press to see the programme displayed.

  3. If necessary, modify the switch-on times using the + or buttons.

    A modified programme step is marked by the symbol . Carry out operations 2 and 3 again to modify other times in the programme. Carry out operations 2 and 3 again to modify other times in the programme.
  4. Validate by pressing P .
    The present time and day are displayed, together with the symbol ,marking the modification in the programme.

Return to pre-recorded programme

Press P: Display first step of programme.

Press for 4 seconds.

The symbol disappears; the time switch has returned to the pre-recorded programme.

Warranty

A warranty period of 24 months is offered on hager products, from date of manufacture, relating to any material of manufacturing defect. If any product is found to be defective it must be returned via the installer and supplier (wholesaler). The warranty is withdrawn if:

  • after inspection by hager quality control dept the device is found to have been installed in a manner which is contrary to IEE wiring regulations and accepted practice within the industry at the time of installation.
  • The procedure for the return of goods has not been followed. Explanation of defect must be included when returning goods.
