Accessing the Storage Central

If you run the Storage Central Manager utility on your PC and it cannot find the Storage Central,
check the following things:
Make sure that the DHCP server is up and running. (If the green LED flashes three times
periodically, something is wrong with the DHCP server.)
The PC and the Storage Central must be connected to the same LAN/sub-network (not across
different routers, for example).
You must have at least 1 hard disk plugged into the Storage Central.
ATA5 or older IDE hard disks are not supported on the SC101. For the SC101T, you must use
SATA hard disks. (If you plug in an unsupported disk, the green LED flashes four times
periodically).
If you upgrade the firmware, push reset, or disconnect and reconnect cable to the Storage
Central, the Storage Central reboots. Wait about 2 minutes for the reboot to complete. If you
create many drives, it may take more time.
