Place the low profile adapter [a] into the bottom of the hanger
bracket [b] allowing the flat sides of each to fit together.

Align the three cutouts in the low profile adapter [a] with the
three holes in the top of the fan then install the three assembly
screws [b]. Make sure the lower canopy is not trapped between
the hanger bracket and the motor housing.
