Installing a
Switch Using the
Four Brackets
To install a switch on a wall with the four BRKT-J23 brackets, perform the
following procedure:
1. Install the switch using the two BRKT-J23 brackets, See "Installing a
Switch with the Front Panel Facing Sideways" on page 13 or "Installing
a Switch with the Front Panel Facing UP" on page 16.
2. Position the two brackets on top of the switch and use a pencil to mark
the wall with the locations of the four holes in the brackets. See
Figure 9 as an example.
Note
When installing the switch with the front panel facing up, position the
two brackets at the side of the top corners.

3. Remove the two brackets from the top of the switch.
4. Pre-drill the marked locations on the wall at the locations marked in
Step 2.
