Operator responsibilities
Know how to stop the snowblower quickly, and understand the
operation of all controls.
Never permit anyone to operate the snowblower without proper
instruction. If people or pets suddenly appear in front of the
snowblower while it is in operation, immediately release the drive
clutch lever to stop the snowblower and avoid possible injury from
rotating auger blades.
Keep flames and sparks away from the batteries.
Batteries produce explosive gas that can cause
explosion.
Handle the battery electrolyte with extreme care
as it contains dilute sulfuric acid. Contact with
your skin or eyes can burn you or cause loss of
your eyesight.
Do not allow children and other people to touch
a battery unless they understand proper
handling and hazards of the battery very well.
Do not use a battery with the electrolyte at or
below the lower level mark. It can explode
causing serious injury.
Wear the eye protection and rubber gloves when
handling the batteries, or you can get burned or
lose your eyesight by the battery electrolyte.
Read this manual carefully and understand it
before handling the batteries. Neglect of the
instructions can cause personal injury and
damage to the snowblower.
