3c. Clearing in OFF (HSM1380i)/SELF (HSM1390i) mode
Nothing is controlled automatically when the ICS switch is set at
the OFF position (HSM1380i)./mode selector switch is set at the
SELF position (HSM1390i). Engine speed and operating speed can
be adjusted freely by selecting the OFF position (HSM1380i)/SELF
mode (HSM1390i).
