Various risks (electrocu on, explosion...): The following opera ons must only be carried out by
personnel qualifi ed in electrical and pneuma c systems.

Check for alarm messages.
Test the drain.
Test the compressed air inlet temperature and compare to
the maximum value on the manufacturer's plate.
Clean the solenoid drain valve*.
Check that the temperature of the ambient air complies
with minimum and maximum values shown on the manu-
facturer's plate. Check that the room is well ven lated.
Check that when opera ng the temperature of the upper
part of the compressor is not too high (122°F Max). Test
that the current consumed by the dryer complies with
values on the manufacturer's plate.
Clean the solenoid drain valve *.
Visually inspect the refrigera on circuit, the state of
pipework and look for oil slicks which can indicate a loss of
refrigerant gas* pressure.
Test the pipework connec ons.
Test the condi on of the electrical contacts and connec-
ons *.
Check that the fan is not noisy.
Clean the condensing unit fi ns with a sponge or a clean
compressed air jet. Check that the grids are not dirty or
clogged *.
Clean the condensing unit fi ns with a non-aggressive deter-
gent *.
Important:

This schedule is based on average opera ng condi ons. In some cases, it may be necessary to increase maintenance
frequency.
•
Clean the condensate strainer on the drain system 1 week a er start-up.
*You must comply with the recommenda ons at the beginning of this chapter.
