ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE

1. Test Equipments Required

The following Test Equipments are required for
adjustment of the Color Video Monitor WV-CM1480/WV-
CM1780/WV-CM2080.

Video Signal Generator
Color Bar Signal
Grayscale Signal (8 stair steps)
Crosshatch Signal or Dot Signal
White Raster Signal
Red, Green and Blue each Raster Signal
8
Monoscope Pattern Signal Generator
8
Audio Analyzer (VP-7720 or equivalent)
8
Oscilloscope
8
Digital Voltmeter
8
Degaussing Coil
8
Ceramic Screwdriver
8
Electric Torque Driver
2. Disassembling Procedure for
Adjustment
3 WV-CM1480 / WV-CM1780

Referring to Fig. 2-1, remove eight screws that secure the
Upper Cover and remove the Upper Cover.

Referring to Fig. 2-2, remove thirteen screws that secure
the Upper Cover and remove the Upper Cover.
Remove eight screws.

Adjustment
3.1. Connection

Fig. 3-1 shows the connecting diagram for adjustment of
the WV-CM1480/WV-CM1780/WV-CM2080.
Video Signal Generator

Connect the coaxial cable between Video Input Connector
of the WV-CM1480/WV-CM1780/WV-CM2080 and the
Video Output Connector of the Video Signal Generator.

Disconnect the Modular Cable from the Data Port of the
WV-CM1480/WV-CM1780/WV-CM2080.

The Fig. 3-2 shows the connecting diagram for the Audio
Section adjustment.
